Dental Alloys

Dental materials are by far the most valuable metals remaining after cremation because a lot of them contain precious metals such as Gold, Platinum, Palladium and Silver.

It is extremely important for crematory owners to understand that:

  1. Some dental materials such as dental implants, bridges and crowns are easily visible and identifiable after the cremation process.
  2. Other dental materials, especially bridges, crowns and fillings that contain very high percentage of precious metals, are often reduced to very tiny fragments and granules during cremation and are often overlooked and discarded “A BIG MISTAKE!”

Please ensure that ALL tiny metallic fragments are carefully collected after cremation regardless of their size or condition.
